We are members of the British Association of Removers (BAR), which is dedicated to promoting excellence in the removals industry. All our staff receive BAR training to ensure we provide the very best service at all times.
To further show our commitment to providing the highest quality of service we also hold The Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO) membership and we adhere to the CTSI Approved BAR Code of Practice. These memberships mean we follow strict customer service and protection codes of practice.
Insurance
We know how worrying it can be to hand over much-loved and valued belongings and entrust them to someone else for safe transport or storage.
As a BAR member, we have to prove we have adequate insurance should something go wrong. Our customers can therefore be assured their possessions are fully covered whether they’re moving within the UK or to an overseas destination, or they’re placing their belongings into storage.
All our customers are also covered by BAR’s Advanced Payment Guarantee Scheme, which gives peace of mind that a payment is secured and belongings will be transported even if the worst happens and a company ceases trading.
